A fading reminiscence
lingers in the forgotten
realm of the memory.
Bringing fourth animosity
and troubled melancholy
locked within the mortal soul.
Can this be good or bad?
The answer remains to be seen.
For the urge to remember
overpowers the will to forget.
In the end, there lies
a troubled being who sought
to recognize too much.
So the spirit slowly dwindles
away . . . as a result of their
own ignorance and anguish.
