Dr Doctor Who Computer CD ** 86 Episodes +++
Auction Item #: 1144653995
Seller: toysgames (comicsunlimited@yahoo.com)
Bidder: salvot (stesoro@aol.com)
Auction Ended: 19 May 2001
Winner's Notification Sent: 20 May 2001
Payment Received: 30 May 2001
Item Sent: 5 June 2001
Note From toysgames
The complaint that salvot uses against me is unfounded as you can probably tell from
the course of conversation below. Salvot complains, "Auction
ended 5/19. Item never received. E-mails go unanswered." If salvot's e-mails
went unanswered . . . why is there a dialog between the two of us below? The auction
item must have been received for salvot to wait so long in posting a negative feedback.
I did send two separate orders . . . as salvot claimed the first was never received.
Salvot posted his negative feedback for this auction on 29 August 2001, more than three
months after the auction ended orginally and more than ample time to receive two
separate items.
Please follow the conversations below of both parties and draw your own conclusion.

Your payment has been received (on 30 May 2001) for the e-Bay auction also described
above. The order will be processed and mailed out as soon as the check clears the bank.
This usually takes about five to six days (4 June 2001). Thank you for your prompt
payment.
When you receive and review your order, please take a few moments to leave the
appropriate feedback on e-Bay. I truly hope that you feel the same as I do . . . that
our transaction went well.
Sincerely,
Robert

I sent the above item through the Post Office on the date above and am not sure why it
has not arrived yet. If I receive your package back at my location I will contact you
immediately and make arrangements to send it your way again. When you receive the
package (if it doesn't come back to me) could you please let me know the Post Mark Date.
I've recently been made aware by other e-Bay Bidders that my packages are arriving in
an untimely manner. However, no one has been able to give me the Post Mark Dates so
that I can file a formal complaint with the Post Office.
Anyway, enough about my problems . . . let's concentrate on your problem. I apologize
for any inconvenience this may have caused you and sincerely hope that your auction
item will show up soon.
Sincerely,

It hasn't arrived back here either. I'm sorry for not getting back sooner . . . I'm
working two jobs right now. Which is why I haven't been posting any auctions lately.
Let me know if it's arrived there yet (as it's been a few days) and if it hasn't . . .
I'll just send another one out. I don't want to wait forever for the Post Office to
deliver the first one. I need to get this deal finalized so I can concentrate on my
work. I'm just sorry the Post Office is wacked and has caused you an inconvenience.
Sincerely,

I hope you don't blame a guy for hoping that the Post Office would actually deliver
your item, but alas here we are. I will ship your second package off tomorrow. If you
ever receive the first package please consider sending it back . . . if the Post
Office doesn't make a mess of that too (LOL)!

Has the auction item shown up yet. I sent it through the Post Office, but I did use a
different location to mail it from . . . so hopefully there should be no complications
in this items arrival.

I have never received any items via the US Mail. I'm beginning to wonder if this is a
scam. If I don't receive either item soon I'm going to leave a negative and demand my
money back.

I can completely understand your position, but try to understand mine. I mail your
auction item out and you claim that it never arrived. Then I send another auction item
out (just to try to keep good faith) and you claim that one is not arriving. Now you
threaten to give me a negative and demand the money back.
In your last e-mail you mention that you are wondering if this is just a scam . . .
I'm beginning to wonder the same thing. Why has it taken you this long to react in such
a way. The auction ended in the middle of May 2001, now it's August.
I sincerely hope your auction items show up, on the off chance that you're telling me
the truth. I also appologize for any inconvience caused by the Post Office.
Sincerely,

All I can say is to keep checking the mail. I've mailed your item twice and if you look
at my e-Bay rating I think you can see that I am a respectable dealer and stand by my
word. At this point I have no intentions of sending a third item out and I am not going
to refund the money (as I am already out two items).
If you really have not received either item, then I am sure you feel this is unfair. I
do hope that your item (which ever one it is) will be received soon.
Sincerely,

Note From toysgames
On August 29th, 2001 Salvot gave me (toysgames) a negative feedback. Perhaps he was
tired of waiting for either item to show up or perhaps he was upset that he wasn't going
to get anymore from me. I'm sure most rational people would agree with my decision not
to send a third item out or refund the money. In an upside down world it is difficult to
tell when someone is trying to scam you and when someone is telling you the truth. It is
apparent from the conversations above that I did return Salvots' e-mails.
