In past auctions, auction Bidders have asked questions like how much is Shipping &
Handling and is it possible to Ship the item overseas? Some have even asked those
questions after the auction has closed. Granted there are Dealers who do not provide
such information and these questions are completely valid under those circumstances.
However, from this Dealers own perspective . . . this information would easily have
been obtained by reading the entire auction listing first. Bidding on an auction
without knowing the complete details of your obligation as the High Bidder is much
like signing a contract on a $50,000 loan without reading it first.
If a Dealer doesn’t want to ship to a particular location, that is their right.
However, that same Dealer should also consider making that information part of their
auction description. The important thing to remember is to pay attention to the
details of the auction before you bid on it.
