- The Gate Callers, an ancient order of Erudites, have returned to restore the power of
the Ulteran Spires.
- Seek out the order's lead scholar to offer assistance in Antonica, the Commonlands,
the Thundering Steppes, Nektulos Forest, the Enchanted Lands or the Feerrott.

*** Betrayal ***
- Guardians and Berserkers betraying Freeport can now complete Freeport to Qeynos
- Acceptance.

*** Desert of Flames ***
- You can no longer receive the Skull of Hadal without having completed the quest "Down
to the Last Peacock."
- A slight upgrade was made to the rewards from the Pedestal of Sky event.
*** Betrayal ***
- Additional information was added to the quest journal for neutral betrayers to avoid
any misunderstandings.
*** Erollisi Day ***
- It's time to spread the love, Norrath; Erollisi Day is upon us!
- Speak with Stinky in the Commonlands or Goldie in Antonica to show the fullness of
your heart.
- You may be tasked with finding hearts among the dangers of Norrath. Like love, these
items are hard to find. Make sure your setting for Particle Quality is greater than
Minimal, or love will surely escape you.

- Old mail with attached items should actually show up again. No, really, we mean it
this time.

- Armor and weapons should now scale appropriately while mentoring.

- As a part of the tradeskill revamp, the Societies window has been removed.

*** Betrayal ***
- Characters that were betraying before Live Update #19 and chose their destination
city's class will now be able to successfully complete their betrayal.
- Characters that were betraying and leveled beyond level 17 will now be able to
complete their betrayal as outlined in their "Qeynos to Freeport
- Acceptance" or "Freeport to Qeynos - Acceptance" quest.
- Characters that gained citizenship prior to LU #19 through tradeskills and then
betrayed should no longer log in having their faction reversed and gaining their old
city's call home spell.
*** User Interface ***
- When changing the appearance of an existing character, the correct class of the
character will be displayed with the race, gender, and city alignment.

- The rewards from the Pedestal of Sky event have been slightly improved.
*** Betrayal ***
- Characters who are not on the betrayal quest can again gain level 18.

- Ammo such as arrows now do their proper damage, but will display incorrectly until
the next update.

*** Zones and Population ***
- Burt Everett in Starcrest Commune will now direct you to the human mentor in
Nettleville Hovel.
- Anthony Glavias in Scale Yard will now spawn more frequently.
*** Betrayal ***
- An issue that would allow high level characters who had previously betrayed to be
reset by their class trainers has been fixed.
*** Items ***
- The Righteous Scepter of the Godking now has a 5% single-target proc. It will now
work off any beneficial spell cast on the target.
- The Dark Fury sword can now be chosen by Scouts.
- Furies and Wardens will now see the sword instead of the halberd as a choice.
- The Staff of Second Life can now be used by Shadowknights.
*** Spells and Combat Arts ***
Berserker Changes:
- Weapon Shield damage was unintentionally changed and has been restored.
*** User Interface ***
- The intro movie will now obey the volume slider positions in the Options window.
- Class and level information now displays correctly when examining spell scrolls.
- Upon completing a quest you will receive a message stating the amount of coin you
gained (for real this time!).

- The Visage of the Overlord in the Freeport Ruins will now speak a bit slower.
*** Quests ***
- Status values on writs and heritage quests should be at the correct levels.
- The level 40-50 writ givers should once again respond to players who are level 50
instead of telling them to see people who do not give out further writs.
*** Items ***
- There is now a reply choice on Tayil's Note on Outpost of the Overlord.
- Wyrmsteel weapons that were not correctly processing on Darathar should now do
so.
*** Spells and Combat Arts ***
Paladin Changes:
- Consecrate will no longer damage other players.
Warlock Changes:
- Netherous Realm will no longer cast on other players.
*** User Interface ***
- A movie will now play at the beginning of EverQuest II if you have the optional
download turned on.
- When mouse click mode is set to Single Click Except Attack, single-clicking an
enemy that hates you will no longer cause you to attack that enemy.
- The name of the zone you are entering will now display in a popup message.
- First-time home buyers will no longer see an erroneous message when purchasing a
home.
- Necklaces, rings, and charms will again list their slot designation.
- Item tooltips in the merchant window now match those of items in inventory.
- Spell examine windows and tooltips will again show the spell level.
- The broker will now tell the seller the quantity sold for each transaction.
- Anonymous player names will now display in /who queries.
- Shift + left-click and drag no longer places an item link in your chat window.
