*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- Characters will no longer be able to become indifferent with the Strifewing or Bloodtalon factions in the Barren Sky. These two factions will never be friendly to outsiders, even if they dislike each other and appreciate you helping to kill their enemies.

- Bonecleave and Marrowgore no longer provide resists but instead give additional deflection.

- The Lockless Chest quest now gives a choice of rewards each time it is completed.

*** Spells and Combat Arts ***

- Debuffs that lower max health will no longer heal their target when they wear off.

Assassin Changes:

- Vanish was changed to Exacting, which temporarily increases the damage and speeds up the reuse timers of all attack combat arts that have reuse timers of less than 1 minute.

Berserker Changes:

- Juggernaut costs less health than before, and increases both critical hit and melee combat art damage.

Brigand Changes:

- Band of Thugs is on a slightly longer reuse timer and the individual thugs have less hit points and damage than before.

Bruiser Changes:

- Knockout Combination has a chance to stun enemies and deal additional damage for a short duration with every successful combat art they land.

Coercer Changes:

- Possession no longer has periodic resist checks.

Conjuror Changes:

- Plane Shift had its melee/spell criticals increased on its scout/mage pets, and health regeneration increased on the fighter pet.

Defiler Changes:

- Defile causes enemies near the defiler to receive greater damage as they become closer to death.

Dirge Changes:

- Oration of Sacrifice no longer has a reuse timer modification. It stifles the Dirge instead of stunning.

Fury Changes:

- Call of Storms now has a 3 minute reuse timer.

Guardian Changes:

- Obliterate is now a powerful melee attack that breaks through an enemy's defenses and lowers their defense modes.

Illusionist Changes:

- Phase is much more cost effective than it was before.

Monk Changes:

- Dragonbreath's arc area effect deals slightly less overall damage.

Mystic Changes:

- Bolster had its percentages slightly lowered.

Paladin Changes:

- Castigate dispels hostile effects from the paladin and damages all nearby enemies for each hostile effect removed.

Shadowknight Changes:

- Pestilence is a DoT that continues to spread to other enemies in an area, as long as they have Pestilence active while they are killed.

Swashbuckler Changes:

- En Garde will always trigger when the caster or enemy uses any defense modes, and grants the swashbuckler additional chances at dealing damage while using combat arts.

Troubador Changes:

- Jester's Cap has an icon to indicate how long the recipient of the spell is immune to Jester's Cap.

Wizard Changes:

- Fusion's arc was increased in size.

*** Achievements ***

- Maintained spells that are modified through achievements (e.g. Riana's Spiteful Sustain affected by Bard Achievement Minstrel's Melody) will be reapplied correctly upon zoning or going out and back into the range of the spell.

*** Player-versus-Player ***

- Spells that carry a chance to break in combat from damage or hostile actions should now reflect the same chance in both PvP and PvE.

- If you group with someone higher level than you, you can no longer engage anyone that they can not engage. However, anyone that can normally engage you still can. For example, if a 50 groups with a level 10:
  * 50 Is open to attack from anyone level 1 - 58
  * 10 Is open to attack from anyone level 1 - 58
  * 50 Can attack in Range 42 - 58
  * 10 Can attack in Range 42 - 58
  * Neither can attack in range 10 - 18

- Your resists and mitigation receive neither a bonus nor a penalty due to player level ranges in PvP. Now, success in PvP is based more on how a player uses their arsenal of abilities and gear than simply a level difference.

- Think twice before zoning with player hate because they might just follow you. Zoning with player hate will result in 30 seconds of time in which you can not zone again.

*** Zones and Population ***

- The Freeport Militia has reinforced its troops within the Freeport Ruins with more seasoned members.

*** Items ***

- Most creatures in the game will no longer be immune to low-quality weapons.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- Level 50-60 spell scrolls and recipe books will have a chance of dropping from level 50-60 encounters in KoS zones.

*** Desert of Flames ***

- Antiquitor Mor'Tael in Maj'Dul will now advance the stage in the quest "Delving into Darkness."

- The upper level restriction on the Gates of Ahket Aken has been removed.

*** Player-versus-Player ***

- Call of the Overlord and Call of Qeynos had their casting time reduced to 25 seconds.

- Overwhelming Silence, Headache and Lock Mind cast by Illusionist pets have had their durations reduced 50%.

- The bells in Freeport and Qeynos can no longer be used by non-citizens.

- On PvP servers, your level will now show in the target window of the opposing faction even if you are anonymous or roleplaying.

- Up and down arrows, as well as epic indicators, should now show correctly to members of opposing raids.

*** Gameplay ***

- An issue that could cause groups in a raid to never be able to leave the raid has been addressed.

*** Spells and Combat Arts ***

- Charmed pets that die will no longer count as an encounter that you're currently participating in.

*** User Interface ***

- Corrected an error in the display of maintained spell durations after zoning.

- The Cliffbase Shield now has added defense instead of deflection.

- Adjusted the Blackscale Maul to be more in line with the content it drops from.

- Adjusted the Featherlord's Chestplate to be more in line with the content it drops from

*** Achievements ***

- Bump will now stealth the caster instead of the target.

- Spells and arts that have their duration modified by achievements will now have the correct duration.

- Wild Regeneration should now properly reduce the duration of heal overtime spells.

*** Spells and Combat Arts ***

Inquisitor Changes:

- Inquisitor reactive heal spells will now correctly scale will scroll upgrades.

Necromancer Changes:

- Necromancers who use the Rending Frenzy line of pet buffs: Your pet should once again be able to hold aggro.

Templar Changes:

- Templar reactive heal spells will now correctly scale will scroll upgrades.

*** Offline Consignment ***

- Offline consignment has been re-enabled.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- The Halo of the Scaleborn will no longer destroy itself after 3 uses. It now has unlimited charges.

- Harvestable objects in KoS zones can now be harvested with a minimum skill of 250. They still have a difficulty of 315, so you'll need to skill up on them for a bit before you start getting items regularly.

- In Barren Sky, if you kill a Blacktalon mob you will no longer gain favor points with the Strifewing. Similarly, if you kill a Strifewing, you will no longer gain favor points with the Blacktalon.

- Halo of the Scaleborn's power has been reduced.

- The Writhing Gazer Staff should no longer have a pink box appearance.

*** Achievements ***

- Executioner's Wrath's critical effect will work properly.

- Sorcerer achievement familiars are now immune to AoE spells.

- Pressure Point is now a melee attack that breaks through the enemy's defense modes.

*** Player-versus-Player ***

- Necromancer Fighter Pets: Graven Strike will no longer apply its damage multiple times when used against PvP targets.

- Necromancer: The Grisly Defense line will no longer apply its damage multiple times per attack in PvP.

- Conjuror Fighter Pets: Telluric Strike will no longer apply its damage multiple times when used against PvP targets.

- Conjuror: The Volatile Brace line will no longer apply its rune multiple times in PvP.

- /tells can no longer be sent from outside servers to PvP-ruleset servers.

*** Spells and Combat Arts ***

- Lower quality weapons and bare fists can now hit epic targets.

- All taunts and detaunts are slightly more effective than they were before.

- Encounters should no longer break when possess minion wears off.

Brigand Changes:

- The Desperate Thrust self defense penalty no longer persists after the target dies.

Coercer Changes:

- Befriend and Charm now have level caps, but they work more reliably than they did before and will not break as often.

Shadowknight Changes:

- The Shield Slam line now deals a higher instant hate value on the initial hit.

- The Disease Cloud line damage component now deals almost twice as much damage, so that the overall amount of hate generated is the same as a normal taunt.

*** Quests ***

- Mooshga will now recognize those who have been sent to speak to her by Captain Arellius in the Ruins.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- The egg warmer should now properly warm the egg in cases it previously did not.

- El'Arad has received word that his vaults are being raided by curious adventurers and as such, he's taken a few precautions to protect his vaults. Adventurers should be warned that his guards and researchers are not as weak as they were previously.

*** Player-versus-Player ***

- Thulian Symbol of Fear, The Forest Spider, Halfling Trickster's Ring, and Gritgut's Buckle of Screaming Fury have all had their control effects reduced by 50% for PvP encounters.

*** Achievements ***

- The Rogue's Feign achievement can no longer be toggled.

*** Gameplay ***

- Paladins and Shadowknights will no longer need to dismount their level 20 horses when zoning.

*** Zones and Population ***

- The oracle tower guards in Antonica will no longer attack those on the betrayal quest.

*** User Interface ***

- Stuns will once again list their appropriate durations when examined.

- The Attach Conversation Bubble to NPC's head option (under Options -> User Interface -> Name and Chat Bubble) now defaults to unchecked. Unchecking this option will make it so the NPC chat bubble and your replies do not move around while you are speaking.

- Spell links in Guild Events and Discovery messages will again link to that item's information.

*** The Ulteran Spires ***

- The Gate Callers have rechecked their supply numbers and noticed that their counts for sky essence contributions might have been slightly off. They've corrected the bookkeeping error and are resending their thank you notes!

*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- The Aviak Language Instructor and Instructor Polly now will address you in Common rather than the language they are trying to teach you.

*** Achievements ***

- Brawler: Crane Flock no longer has a weapon requirement.

- Druid: Added additional information in the Druid starter achievement to make it clearer what each shapeshift form grants.

- Rogue: Feign: is now toggle able.

- Rogue: Formation now has a shield blocking bonus.

- Sorcerer: The Freehand Sorcery (Sorcerer) achievement can no longer be cast while in the middle of a spell, as it was causing it to terminate too early and canceling out its damage benefit.

- Sorcerer: Sorcerer achievement familiars no longer have collision.

- Enchanter: Mana Flow can now be used on enemies.

*** Player-versus-Player ***

- Respawn and Evacuation areas for unfriendly players in Freeport and Qeynos adventure yards will now function as the rest of the city.

*** Spells and Combat Arts ***

- Taunt effects for Necromancer and Conjuror tank pets will once again work against NPCs.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- Minstrel's Aria and Minstrel's Melody will no longer stack exponentially until zoning.

- Brawler Achievement Mantis Leap will now cause you to land on the ground instead of in mid-air sometimes.

*** Player-versus-Player ***

- Pet stances now correctly apply as the PvP form of the spell.

- Pets will now have the correct con color to their owner under level 10. They will still con gray to everyone else.

*** Quests ***

- Writ givers within Freeport recognize the dangers of Fallen Gate and will only allow one task at a time from each of them when attempting to delve its depths.
