*** World Events ***
- Bristlebane's trickery has abated from Norrath for another year. Cabbages
everywhere breathed a sigh of relief.
*** Kingdom of Sky ***
- Defeating enemies in the entry room of Deathtoll no longer triggers the zone
reuse timer, but these foes will not drop the valuable loot found further in the
dungeon.
*** Quests ***
- In "Snatching the Prize," killing Iarog no longer immediately despawns the
forest spider.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***
- The contested epic Princes in the Barren Sky now have a longer respawn timer
(between 7 and 9 days).
- The reuse timer for Deathtoll now sets after you get through the wall of
fire.
- Some of the items that drop from the bird princes in Barren Sky, the Ravasect
Mutant in the Bonemire, and Hurricanus in Tenebrous have been improved to account
for the challenge of the encounters.
*** Items ***
- The castable effect on the Summoner's Hat of Binding should now work
properly.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***
- The Blackscale Sepulcher really should work more consistently now.
- Addressed an issue that prevented Gimdimble from giving out a replacement core
sampler if it was deleted on stage 2 of the Bag of the Tinkerers quest.
- The Ravasect Mutant, the Mutagenic Outcast in the Bonemire, will reset its
encounter within 30 secs after it notices it is no longer fighting. The mutant
now heals itself 2% if it kills a player. Additionally, the Mindswarmer adds are
no longer charmable.
- You must now be on stage 5 of the bone clasped girdle quest to use the
phylactery on Do'ellin.
- An issue that prevented Gimdimble from giving a replacement rocket pack on the
second to last stage of the "Bag of the Tinkerer" heritage quest has been
corrected.
*** Player vs. Player ***
- Coin gained from consignment sales will now go to the bank on PvP servers.
*** Items ***
- Merchants in the city villages and districts will now show their goods to
players of any level.
- Level 50 and 60 store-bought ammo should now be labeled appropriately as indium
or adamantine.
- The Mace of Red Scales will now proc correctly.

*** Offline Consignment ***
- Vault consignment now pays the seller (and removes the item from their vault
inventory) immediately if they are logged in when the sale happens (no matter what
zone the player is in).

- PvP rewards can now be purchased in Qeynos if you have -5000 faction with the
Royal Antonican Guard.
*** Spells and Combat Arts ***
- Group illusion spells no longer use the gender of the caster. Instead, each
group member will remain the same gender.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***
- Spirit swarmers within the Bonemire can no longer be charmed to inflict massive
damage against the ravasect mutant.
- Sothis and Doom Lord Septimus have traded positions on the quest stages of
"Reclaiming the Totems."
*** Achievements ***
- Predator: Bounty now targets an enemy, and will properly collect a bounty from
the enemy when it dies. Bounty will also collect from a target that cheats death
with a death prevention spell.
*** Fan Faire ***
- Completing the Fan Faire Trial of the Nest of the Great Egg will now clear your
debt.
- Please note that many rewards, such as experience and treasure, are not available
in this zone. This zone is intended for practice for those who are planning on
participating in the Fan Faire tournament.
*** Spells and Combat Arts ***
- Fighters and Scouts will no longer begin to automatically attack if they proc
damage.
- An issue that was causing charm spells to potentially break sooner than they
should has been corrected.
Berserker Changes:
- Insolent Gibe will now properly taunt creatures in an area of effect.

- The named creature in Blackscale Sepulcher should now spawn properly.
- The Soundless Guardian should again spawn correctly.
*** Zones and Population ***
- An issue that would cause the Everling sisters' bedroom doors to remain locked
for those who have already completed "The Everling Lockets" has been corrected.
*** Items ***
- The Shimmering Wand of Glass is now classified as a one-handed staff... really
this time!

- Addressed an issue where lotto was causing zones to be unstable. Adventurers
should once again be able to try their luck at winning treasure without fear of
their world crumbling around them!

- The Warden's Aegis statistics have been adjusted to bring it in line with other
bucklers.
