*** Raids ***

- The reuse timer upon entering Halls of the Seeing is now set to 4 hours.

*** Player vs. Player ***

- The Overrealm Arena will no longer cause PvP-style deaths on PvP servers.

- Hostile actions should no longer cancel the no-zoning effect.

- You should no longer get stuck without a revive box if killed while the no-zone timer is active.

*** Gameplay ***

- Windows 98 and ME players should again be able to run EQII properly.

- If a group is removed from a raid, it will not automatically join it again after zoning.

*** Items ***

- The Orb of Obscuration now has a 5 minute duration and 25 minute recast timer. It also no longer has a limited number of charges.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- Venekor should no longer teleport players to him if they are within his doorway in the Halls of Seeing.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- Fixed some issues involving respawning with the Venekor encounter. In addition, Venekor is now slightly more discerning about teleporting players already in his lair.

*** Zones and Population ***

- Two raid zones which had been unintentionally rendered inaccessible can now be entered again. These include A Meeting of the Minds and The Cove of Decay: Epic Angler. Note that this means that these instances once again require 12 players minimum to enter. This is a temporary situation which we hope to resolve with the next live update.

*** Trial of the Isle ***

- Tradeskill zones on the tutorial island are again accessible to Trial of the Isle players.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- Bloodblooms in Tenebrous Tangle are no longer susceptible to charm.

- The Invalidation spell that some mobs within the Halls of Seeing were using is no longer as severe a debuff.

- The side door near the stairs into the room with the elemental warder has been permanently locked.

- The elemental warder and blood beast will lock to players who enter their rooms, whether or not they have already spawned, preventing players from "sneaking" past them once they wipe.

- Venekor will now force players to fight him in his lair, and not in the halls outside.

*** Player-versus-Player ***

- Gray con players will no longer lose infamy when losing a fight.

*** Zones and Population ***

- The 12 player minimum requirement to enter the epic instances for the Prismatic quest line has been removed.

*** Achievements ***

- Troubador: Jester's Cap: The immunity will now correctly wear off

*** Items ***

- The Cowl of the Pathfinder will now proc only on ranged combat hits as was originally intended.

- The Shadow Axe will no longer heal enemies with its effect.

- The Kiteshield of Seeing now appears properly.

*** Achievement Respec ***

- We thought we'd be nice and give everyone an achievement reset since we just gave a character advancement respec. Just click the button in the Achievement window to reset your selections.

- You can only have one free achievement reset (via the "Special: Reset Achievements" button in the Achievement window) at a time, so if you already had the "Special: Reset Achievements" button from a previous free achievement reset, you did not receive another.

*** Spells and Combat Arts ***

- Quick shot will now proc for Rangers.

*** Halls of Seeing ***

- The door leading to the elemental warder room will no longer open.

- The musical intermission for the Djinn Master's Prism is once again 20 hours if the Master has not been killed yet.

- All characters can now respec their Character Advancement choices one time with the /respec command.

*** Kingdom of Sky ***

- The quest ammo "Drukin's Grappler" can now be placed inside quivers and ammo pouches. Additionally, an issue that was causing Drukin to take extended breaks after having been rescued has been corrected.

- Many of the items dropped within Deathtoll have been improved. A few item effects, however, were reduced in effectiveness.

- Primal Velium weapons have been renamed to Ancient Velium, since they do not have the Primal Avatar effect on them.

- The EverQuest keymap settings now more closely reflect the default
