restarting the Qeynos Claymore quest line in their new city.
*** Zones and Population ***
- The Uncaged Alzid should play nicer and not belch up mutagenic disgorgants at an
accelerated rate if you fail to kill him the first time.
*** Items ***
- Qeynos city rewards no longer have a maximum guild level at which they can be
purchased.
*** Player vs. Player ***
- Characters under level 10 will now have immunity in open PvP zones.
*** Tradeskills ***
- All crafted symbols should be flagged as symbols.
- All level 60 spells will provide Scintillating Dust and consume the correct level
of fuel.
- Imbued Fir Fighting Batons should now do crushing damage and use the crushing
skill.
- Advanced Woodworker Volume 29 recipes are now level 29 instead of 26.
- Ebon / Fulginate Tower / Kite Shields should now ask for Ashen Roots as one of
their build components.
- Crafted satchels and pouches are now flagged correclty as thrown weapons.
- Beer Braised Pork should now display correctly.
- All imbued rings should now be spelled correctly.
- Sunken City now has different fishing nodes with the normal fishing harvest
tables.
- Kaladim Wall Chain is now properly flag as handcrafted.
- Plain Gukta Vase is now properly flag as handcrafted.

- Kregnok Legbreaker is back in the Commonlands.
- Terracotta warriors in the monk trial instances will now drop shards more
frequently.
- Terracotta warriors in the monk trial instances will occasionally drop monk
pebbles.
- Terracotta warriors in the monk trial instances that require players to kill a
certain number can no longer be charmed.
- Level 70+ terracotta warriors in the monk trial instances will now drop shards
correctly.
- The Cruor Alluvium event in Deathtoll will now progress properly.

- The triggered procs for the Bone Clasped Girdle, Orb of the Invoker, and
Grizzfazzle's walking stick will now take effect before the spell that triggered
the proc lands. This should keep the procs from breaking mez, roots, or other spells
that cancel on damage taken.
- Zan Fi's Braided Segmenter now has a longer delay.
*** Quests ***
- "Zarvonn's Legacy" is now Heroic.
- "Commonlands Creature Cataloging" now points to young vulriches and monitor
lizards.
- "Big Game Hunting" now points to normal rhinos instead of bull rhinos.
- "Seer Stone" is now a heroic quest.
- "Overlord's Omelet" now requires young vulriches.
- "An Engraved Stump" is now heroic.
- "A Captive's Information" is now heroic.
- "The Vandals" writ now points to young vulriches.
- "Aggressive Carrion Feeders" is now heroic.
- "Supplying the Scouts" writ now requires monitor lizards.
- "Feathers for Arrows" now requires young vulriches.

- All betrayal instanced quests can now be done as a group.

- The Master of the Fluttering Wing quest cannot be started until you complete
Brother Lycabe's Trial: Knowledge of a Lost City and Brother Pang's Trial:

- The statue in the Sanctum of the Scaleborn pit event should work properly again
with a Sanctum Trial Stone.
- The creatures at the entrance of Chel'Drak the Ancient Lord's zone will no longer
set your success timer when you defeat them. Additionally, Chel'Drak will now award
status points for his defeat.
*** Tradeskills ***
- Many minor issues that were a result of the tradeskill revamp have been
corrected.

- Those on PvE servers who are daring enough to own a home in the opposing city
can once again enter it.

- The friends list on PvP servers will now clear properly when you change
alignments.

- Harvesting tools will now work with appropriate level artisan classes as well as
adventure level.
- The Pristine Conditioned Magician's Staff is now a staff instead of a great
spear.
- The Flowing Ring of Water can now be equipped.
- The Gleaming Edge of Tanaan can now be used.
- Ironwood Spellbinders Staves now have an appropriate appearance.

- Gnorbl the Playful should be much more playful now that he no longer resets to
full health when playfully summoning his playful minions.
- Treasure drop rates and the mobs associated with some items have been modified
within Nizari.

- Auto-attack is back to normal.
*** User Interface ***
- You can once again search for food and drink on the broker.
- The mouse cursor will change to a pile of coins when hovering over the market
board.

*** Gameplay ***
- Lava's dangerous properties took a temporary vacation. Lava is now 100% more
deadly, in that it was completely the opposite of deadly at all for a few
days.
- As of Live Update #24, social creatures are a bit more challenging as they will
aggro and help their friends from longer distances.
*** Player-versus-Player ***
- Exiles will now receive PvP immunity, when applicable, in city zones.
*** Items ***
- The Matron's Heart spell effect will now work properly.
- The winds of change have died down, lessening the proliferation of loose pages
across the world and in the home of the societies' initiates.
- The new crafted spears and axes can now be wielded by paladins and shadowknights.
*** Quests ***
- The Shroud of the Manastone now requires boiled beaver pelts instead of sullied
medium quality badger pelts, which are no longer available.
- Journal text for Spark's Aflame now correctly mentions the coal you need to
obtain.
- Adventurers on the "Court of Truth: Brush With Celebrity" quest can now speak to
Toro again once they've collected the items he needs to make the poultice.
*** Spells and Combat Arts ***
- When consumed, food and drink will no longer count as a beneficial effect for
spells that trigger when a beneficial effect is cast. Since that was entirely
confusing, here is an example: Some spells have a chance to proc a heal if you cast
a beneficial spell on yourself. Food and drink were counting as a beneficial spell,
and you could repeatedly consume them for a chance to proc an effect. This will no
longer occur.
Defiler Changes:
- Maelstrom: Changed self-stun to self-stifle / root, and set the duration back to
36 seconds.

*** Player-versus-Player ***
- The level range for the adventure yards is again 4 levels.
- Exiles will now get immunity when applicable in city zones.
- There is now a message upon entering a city PvP zone in order to reduce
confusion.

- The Tanaanite Guardian Breastplate, Tanaanite Humble Sandals, Tanaanite Robes,
and Tanaanite Letter Opener no longer have a ghost-like appearance.
*** Quests ***
- Captain Bobick of the Far Pelican will no longer zone the entire group when one
person speaks to him. Everyone needs to speak to him individually to update the
quest.
*** Zones and Population ***
- Adventure groups will now go to their own instance of the Far Pelican ship when
working on the Fallen Dynasty intro quest.
- Lava is once again deadly.
*** Spells and Combat Arts ***
Illusionist Changes:
- Phantasmal Splendor: The level 37, 51, and 65 upgrades to this spell will now
affect Epic targets.
*** Tradeskills ***
- Klorn books can now be scribed by players under level 200. Noobs.
*** User Interface ***
- Poisons will now appear in the advanced broker search window.
- If a search filter is still selected after reopening the broker window, hitting
search will now search with the filter.
