than the avoidance offered by their armor. For every class, the amount of

*** Gameplay ***
- Citizens of Kelethin can now complete the quest Kelethin: Citizenship.

- A number of item sets which were missing items have been corrected.
- Former followers of Brell and Marr that have completed their quests should
now be able to speak to Bronlor or Bayden, respectively, to re-commit to their
god.

- Creature Catalog once again works on Non-attackable NPCs.
- Paladin: Achievements: Enhance: Prayer of Healing: Fixed power cost
reduction.

*** Gameplay ***
- Chat channels will allow you to chat freely again!
- The sign near the Sapling spur Outpost respawn location is even less
sticky!
- Creature Catalog no longer causes targets to become aggressive.
- Dark Elves in the lands of Faydwer have had their coin purses filled up to
the appropriate amounts, which is much higher than it was previously.
- You can once again get achievement xp when your raid has 24 members.
*** Quests ***
- Players that were given quests out of order from Rooleean in Greater
Faydark should now be able to complete the quest chain.
- Former citizens of Qeynos will no longer reset their classes by speaking
with the Kelethin trainers once they have completed their citizenship
ceremony.
- All players who have purchased Echoes of Faydwer show now be able to enter
the final instance in the quest "The Staff of the Observers".
- The event in "The Hand of Glory" quest that requires the usage of movable
fish on the beach of the Loping Plains should function more reliably
now.
- If you've accidentally deleted the sub-quests (Gogas Afadin or Ghoulbane
Empowered) for "The Symbol in the Flesh" quest from your journal, Gogas
Afadin and Toranim Skyblade should offer these quests back to you in the
Loping Plains.
*** Deities ***
- Wrath of the Burning Prince will no longer apply on conjuror damage shield
spells, or heat-based spells which do not cause damage. This change will also
prevent it from dealing damage to players accidentally.
- Fixed some issues with hailing Quellious, Bayden, Bronlor, and Tychus when
wishing to worship their deities again after a renouncement and already
completing some of their quests.
*** Zones and Population ***
- Freethinker Hideout: Zylphax the Shredder will no longer drop multiple
vases or summon more than 6 people after a raid wipe.
- Collections should now be spawning properly in Mistmoore Catacombs.
- Signs pointing to Somborn have been added near the entrance to the Lesser
Faydark in the Loping Plains.
- Jeweler Boris Vonarstein has moved into Somborn and sells fine necklaces,
bracelets and rings at affordable prices.

- Steamfont radishes should stack in bags now.

- The quest to destroy the Gem Analyzer in Kaladim will now update the
associated quest, Dunfire Diamonds are a Dwarf's Best Friend.

- The damage value on the Cloak of the Burning Prince now spreads evenly across
DoT tics.
- The Wurmslayer is no longer transmutable or able to be sacrificed on deity
altars.
*** Tradeskills ***
- The Gnomish Safety Recaller should now accept Vandium Clusters as a primary
component. The difficulty of the recipe is now in line with the level of the
recipe as well.
- The Overclocked Gnomish Hovering Device should now accept Raw Acrylia as a
primary component.
- Glancing Splints have had their effectiveness halved.
- Gnomish Luclin Boots now accept Feysteel as the primary component.
- Rose Colored Goggles snow accept velium clusters for build components.
- Gnomish Flotation Device now require the correct types of components.
- Engulfing Roots (Apprentice) recipe now has a worked product of the Apprentice
III version.
*** Zones and Population ***
- The Nest of the Great egg has had the damage modifiers reduced on some of the
named / boss encounters.

*** Gameplay ***
- You should no longer get stuck at the sign near the respawn at the sapling
spur outpost.
- The Laboratory of Lord Vyemm should be more reasonable to fight in again. All
mobs, named, boss, and base population have had modifications done to their
stats and abilities.
- The Vaults of El'Arad has been tuned down to be more in line with its intended
difficulty. Mobs should be hitting less hard than they were and be less resistant
to some spells.
- Nizara mobs have been retuned down to accommodate the changes in the new
combat system. Mobs should be doing less auto-attack damage and some special
abilities such as flame claw should be more reasonable.
- The Mark of the Awakened Trial 4 has had its mobs tuned down to accommodate
the changes in the new combat system. Mobs should be doing less auto-attack
damage and some special abilities have been modified to be less punishing in
their damage.
- Wizard Manaburn and Necromancer Lifeburn will correctly report their spell
name with their damage in the chat log.
- Brigand and Swashbuckler defensive stances now have increased mitigation
percentage from 15% to 18%.
- Monk and Bruiser defensive stances now have a minimum deflection percentage of
7.5%.
- Monk and Bruiser defensive stances now have increased mitigation percentage
from 15% to 20%.
- Slatepaw growlers in Butcherblock are no longer heroic.
- Kelethin citizens should now be able to buy the guild level 15, 20, 25, and
35 status horses.
*** Quests ***
- The elemental monks used in the fourth quest, "Lock and Key" given by Sharina
Nybright in Lesser Faydark should now spawn correctly.
- Serith Ludd should now know when you have completed the third order from the
Nybright family.
- The Descendant of the Torig will now properly update the "Restoring Ghoulbane"
quest.
- Those who thought they'd completed the quest Kelethin: Citizenship but did not
receive their bind point or Call of Kelethin abilities should speak with Gibrien
Marsden to go through the citizenship ceremony one more time.
- While on the quest "Entering the Veil", you can now get another mask or recipe
from Ihriel without having to delete and re-start the quest. It is also now
possible to collect Corpudermus Husks while on the stage of the quest that asks
you to create the Muktuk Veil Mask.
*** Items ***
- Cozy Research Slippers now have the correct appearance.
- The Cloak of Valor (Marr) will now proc correctly while equipping a proc'ing
weapon.
- The Cloak of Tranquility (Quellious) will now have a correct chance to proc
when a hostile spell is cast.
- Shadow Strider Boots' proc should now work correctly.
- Buckler of the Howler's proc should now work correctly.
- The Muktuk Veil Mask will now only function while within the Loping Plains,
whileout of combat. Additionally it has a 5 minute reuse and 15s casting
timer.
- A Monk's "Combination" can no longer be resisted.
*** Player-versus-Player ***
- Items which trigger beneficial spells will no longer proc and force you into
combat until you fight back. Note this has no impact on PvE servers and the
items will continue to function the same.

*** Gameplay ***
- The Achievement Reset confirmation box now more explicitly warns you that a
respec only applies to the currently selected tree.
- Consignment Jewelry Boxes can now hold Cloaks.
- Level 10 society status items now grant Achievement experience when
discovered, as their higher-level counterparts always have.
*** Spells and Combat Arts ***
- Bria's Ballad now cancels properly.
*** Items ***
- Certain crafted voulges should once again be usable by Defilers, Mystics,
Brigands, and Swashbucklers.
*** Zones and Population ***
- The troubling respawn tent in Greater Faydark should no longer have a small
chance to respawn you inside of a sign. Really. We mean it this
time.
- The Djinn bottle instance from Desert of Flames no longer acts like a roach
motel for Fae and other Citizens of Kelethin.
- Some of the high damage epic creatures in Kingdom of Sky zones managed to
dodge the effects of the nerf bat.
*** Player-versus-Player ***
- Privus Nocte in Lesser Faydark now has the Cuirass of Frenzied Wrath
available for Berserkers.
- Tokens and Insignias are no longer a gaurenteed drop when defeating players
in PvP combat.
- Echoes of Faydwer PvP armor sets can no longer be sold back to
merchants.

*** Gameplay ***
- Quests received in Butcherblock that were categorized as Miscellaneous
should now be categorized as Butcherblock in players' quest journals.
- The Smokehorn Champion no longer cares about your current standing with his
clan. He will accept all challengers in the name of Marr.
- Wealthy patrons in Mistmoore castle are not quite as wealthy as they once
were.
- The rumbletone rapier has had its damage rating set to the correct value for
being a dual wield weapon.
- Fixed an occasional crash with Lesser Faydark.
- The Segmented Rumbler in Emerald halls should now spawn the bisected rumblers
correctly.
*** Tradeskills ***
- A number of minor issues with recipes and blueprints have been
corrected.
- Creatures level 70 and above should now drop the correct adornment recipe
books.
*** Achievements ***
- A number of minor issues with achievements have been resolved.
- You can no longer respec an achievement tree if you do not have any points
spent in that tree.
*** User Interface ***
- The Target Window should now correctly auto resize to the number of effects
your target has.
- Persona tooltips for shadowknights now correctly reflect the impact of
intelligence and wisdom.
- New customers who have no characters will now see a friendly welcome screen
to help get them started.
